Book

Kim Walker and Dick Stroud are co-authoring a book on marketing to the ageing consumer. The book will deal mainly with the physiological effects of ageing, how they impact on customer behaviour and what businesses can do to accommodate them. Given the rapidly ageing societies around the world, this book will become a ‘must read’ for businesses who are intent on retaining the loyalty of their older customers and attracting more.

Due for release in Q3, 2012.
